ScrapbookAdditions.com welcomes you to our family owned and operated business. We have been a direct seller of scrapbooking supplies to the local community since 2002 and more recently through e-Bay. The feedback and support we have received from our customers has encouraged us to open an online store. Privacy and Security:
We do our best to maintain the privacy and security of our customers. Information we receive about our customers will not be disclosed to anyone. Our business relies on PayPal to verify your identity and keep the financial information you provide safe. We never have access to your credit card or bank account information. All transactions are handled through PayPal who then provides us with your shipping and e-mail addresses.
Policy for Shipping and Taxes:
For most orders, the shipping and handling charge will be $4.80 when the total order is less than $50.00 and will be FREE when the total order is $50.00 or more. For especially heavy or large sized items an extra shipping fee will be charged. If there is an extra fee it will be listed near the 'Add to Cart' button. Our goal is to ship every order on the next business day. Currently we ship only to locations within the United States from our central Ohio location using the US Postal Service. Ohio residents are charged 6.75% sales tax.
Out of stock policy:
When an item is sold out we try to update our web site immediately so that our customers do not purchase items that are out of stock. In the event that a transaction takes place for an out of stock item we will notify the customer by e-mail. The customer will be given the option of being refunded immediately for the item or waiting for it to be back in stock. Some items such as those on clearance will not be re-stocked.
Return Policy:
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning any item. It is the buyers responsibility to pay the cost for return shipping. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of item.
